On January 19, 2023, Holmes Costin & Marcus partner, Sheila M. Costin, was inducted into the Virginia Law Foundation as a Fellow. Recognizing leaders in the legal profession and their communities, the Fellows include Virginia’s best and brightest legal practitioners committed to the highest ideals of the law and modeling the ideal of the citizen lawyer. Highly regarded for her trial skills and deep knowledge of the Virginia courts, Sheila contributed significantly to the Virginia Bar through her participation on the Diversity Conference Board.
